Jeff Kilgore Law Office
Jeff Kilgore is concentrating his practice on Estate Planning, Probate matters and Real Estate advice and negotiations. Jeff will meet with Clients at their home or at an informal location in order to provide a comfortable place to discuss their estate, probate, or real estate issues.
A family does not have to have a large “Estate” to consider the needs of a surviving spouse, family, special needs children or grandchildren. Planning now will save time, effort and expense rather than leaving the decisions to the Descent and Distribution plan, found in the Texas Estates Code, if you do not have a last will and testament.
Durable Powers of Attorney and Directive to Physicians, Living Wills, and a Medical Power of Attorney can be as important to the family when accidents, injuries and or medical needs can create family decisions on an immediate basis. Jeff is here to help clients understand the importance of these documents and the importance of their preparation.
Even when there is a will, options may exist to keep costs down and to simplify the Probate process. Jeff Kilgore is here to help with those decisions and options.
Real Estate
Jeff Kilgore started learning about real estate during his time at North Texas State University while obtaining his BBA degree in finance. Helping clients with questions about Real Estate transactions and negotiations has always been a part of his practice. Sometimes a client may need help selling or buying property where a realtor is not involved. Jeff is here to advise those clients.
Jeff does not provide tax advice, and sometimes will work with a tax advisor if those areas of expertise are needed.
When it comes to resolving cases, you need a serious attorney to facilitate the mediation process.
